近年來,氣候變遷與永續發展浪潮高漲,企業經營面臨新型態挑戰,創新被視為解決人類永續發展挑戰的關鍵。本課程將以環境問題與社會責任背景為基礎,讓學生瞭解與洞察永續發展的問題,培養學生在管理與企業經營思維基礎上,能夠納入永續觀點。本課程主要目的為協助學生了解企業永續、創新與營運間的因果關係,探討企業如何藉由創新邁向永續轉型,培養跨領域的永續創新營運的管理技能。
課程將從跨域著力,涵蓋三個主要主題:
1. 永續發展挑戰與機會:從氣候挑戰出發,延伸至社會責任的勞工問題,同時描述聯合國永續發展目標(UN SDGs),點出永續年代如何對於企業產生衝擊,以及帶來商業機會,回歸「企業是解決永續發展問題的關鍵者」。
2. 創新與永續營運模式:創新管理或服務模式,甚至是行為改變,都是一種新型態的營運模式,也是解決永續發展問題的驅動力。課程中探討採用永續創新營運的企業,如何藉由創新的營運模式,解決永續問題,同時為公司帶來商機,建立共享價值的經營模式。
3. 個案分析與報告:透過個案讓學生在不同的永續問題與創新管理中,思辨如何建立永續創新營運的模式。
In recent years, climate change and the wave of continuous development have increased rapidly, and enterprise operations are facing new challenges, and innovation is seen as the key to solving the challenges of continuous development of humans. This course will be based on the background of environmental issues and social responsibility, allowing students to understand and understand the problems of continuous development, and cultivate students to include permanent viewpoints in management and enterprise thinking. The course will focus from a cross-domain, covering three main topics:
1. Continuous development challenges and opportunities: From climate challenges to social responsibility, we describe the United Nations Continuous Development Goals (UN SDGs), pointing out how the permanent era will impact companies and bring business opportunities, and returning to "enterprises are the key to solving sustainable development problems."
2. Innovation and continuous operation model: Innovative management or service model, or even behavioral changes, are a new type of operation model and a driving force for solving continuous development problems. During the course, we explore how enterprises that adopt permanent innovation operations can solve permanent problems through innovative operation models, and at the same time bring business machines to the company and establish a value-sharing operation model.
3. Case analysis and report: Through a case, students can think about how to establish a permanent innovation operation model in different continuous problems and innovative management.
