教育目標 Course Target

本課程希望以工程觀點介紹基礎生物學,使化工系學生了解生物學與化學工程結合應用的基本概念,學習進入生物技術領域基本知識,介紹如何藉由工程與生物結合,擴展化學工程在醫藥、食品、環保、農牧業等的應用。在生物技術課程中,提供了應用於生物技術的各項基礎科學,其中包括: 基礎生物學、分子生物學、生化工程學、微生物應用和基因重組等各個領域.1.課程介紹 2.現代生物學簡介 3.生命分子﹕DNA?RNA和蛋白質簡介 4.細胞之旅 6.細胞呼吸與光合作用 7.DNA的構造與功能 8. 基因如何被調控 9. DNA技術 10. 生物體中的奈米世界 11. 細胞工程與發酵工程簡介 12. 生化工程與蛋白質工程簡介 13. 生物技術之應用 14. 分組報告及展示This course hopes to introduce basic biology from an engineering perspective, so that chemical engineering students can understand the basic concepts of the combined application of biology and chemical engineering, learn basic knowledge in the field of biotechnology, and introduce how to expand the application of chemical engineering in medicine, medicine, and biology through the combination of engineering and biology. Applications in food, environmental protection, agriculture and animal husbandry, etc. In the biotechnology course, various basic sciences applied to biotechnology are provided, including: basic biology, molecular biology, biochemical engineering, microbial applications, genetic recombination and other fields. 1.
