0652 - 基因操作概論 Principles of Gene Manipulation


教育目標 Course Target

本課程將以小腦脊髓運動失調症的三型疾病基因(ataxin-3)作為貫穿課程操作原理及實驗的模板,配合以實驗及實作練習,將課程的三大主題設計成實作單元,實作的結果分析將與過去的研究經驗實例比較。引導修課學生在基因操作的基本觀念建立後,以團體導向學習及討論方式,並加入動手練習,並配合過去的研究經驗實例演示,期使大學部學生了解如何以基因操作技術學來探討科學實務問題的本質。內容包含基因選殖基本方法,各類選殖載體,膠體電泳,DNA/RNA分析方法,聚合酶連鎖反應,定序與次世代定序等。This course will use the three-type disease gene (ataxin-3) of spinal cord movement disorder as a template for the operating principle and experiment of the stimulus and brain. In conjunction with practical experiments and practices, the three major themes of the course are designed into practical units, and the analysis of actual results will be compared with previous research experience examples. After the basic concept of genetic operation was established, students in the guided courses used group-oriented learning and discussion methods, and added manual practice, and combined with past research experience demonstrations, so that college students can understand how to use genetic operation technology to explore the essence of scientific practical problems. The content includes basic methods of gene selection, various types of colonization, gel electrophoresis, DNA/RNA analysis methods, polymerase chain reaction, sequencing and next-generation sequencing, etc.

本課程將以基因操作實驗原理,配合以實驗方法與結果分析,來表示基因操作的基本觀念,以分組學習及討論方式,並期使大學部學生了解如何以基因工程技術學來探討科學的本質。內容包含基因選殖基本方法,各類載體選,膠體電泳,南方及北方點墨法,基因定序等。
This course will use the principle of genetic operation experiments, combined with experimental methods and results analysis to express the basic concepts of genetic operation, and use learning and discussion methods to organize and discuss, and enable university students to understand how to explore the essence of science through genetic engineering technology. The content includes basic methods of gene selection, various types of load selection, gel electrophoresis, southern and northern ink method, gene sequencing, etc.
