教育目標 Course Target

倫理學(ethics)也被稱為道德哲學(moral philosophy);倫理學,是對人類道德生活(行為)進行系統性的思考和研究的學科。倫理學為傳統哲學重要之範圍,旨在對於人之社會行為之善與惡之判斷,探討有關人的社會行為判斷之學。 因應社會型態的轉變,人與人之間的經濟行為、人際關係等也隨之轉變,所以在各個專業領域均需建立倫理規範,作為依循之方向,如此才能促進勞資雙方、主客之間、政府與人民、法院與當事人間的和諧。 藉著專業倫理的規範,可以明確釐清各個專業倫理中如勞資雙方、醫病雙方、法檢律原被各方的權利與義務,作為各方依循之方向。 法律倫理,旨在判斷法律人執行職務行為之善惡,探討法律人執行職務時,如何判斷職務行為善惡並建立其判斷之準據,以及如何將此準據移入法律規範。 其最主要者,包括法官倫理、檢察官倫理、律師倫理等 我國大學法學教育對於法律倫理問題之領域,已逐漸重視,甚至已規畫列入國家考試之範圍,但如何建構客觀之課題、範圍仍有待共同開拓。Ethics is also called moral philosophy; ethics is a discipline that conducts systematic thinking and research on human moral life (behavior). Ethics is an important area of ​​traditional philosophy, aiming to judge the good and evil of human social behavior and explore the science of judging human social behavior. In response to the changes in social patterns, economic behaviors and interpersonal relationships between people have also changed accordingly. Therefore, ethical norms need to be established in various professional fields as a direction to follow. Only in this way can we promote good relations between labor and management, between host and guest, and Harmony between the government and the people, the courts and the parties. Through the norms of professional ethics, the rights and obligations of various professional ethics, such as labor and management, medical and patient parties, legal prosecutors and legal authorities, can be clearly clarified as the direction for all parties to follow. Legal ethics aims to judge the good and evil of legal personnel's performance of their duties, explore how legal personnel judge the good and evil of their official behavior when performing their duties, establish the basis for their judgment, and how to transfer this criterion into legal norms. The most important ones include judge ethics, prosecutor ethics, lawyer ethics, etc. Our country's university legal education has gradually paid attention to the field of legal ethics issues, and has even planned to include it in the scope of national examinations. However, how to construct objective topics and scope still needs to be jointly developed.
