近年來各領域之專業倫理甚受重視，本課程希望討論法律人在專業領域中應重視之各項倫理議題，期望使修課同學在重視專業之外，亦能注重相關之倫理議題。本課程將分成專業倫理、檢察官倫理、律師倫理、法官倫理等單元，並藉由個案討論、專家講座、法庭觀察等多元的課程活動，探討法律倫理相關議題。

In recent years, professional ethics in various fields have received much attention. This course hopes to discuss various ethical issues that legal professionals should pay attention to in the professional field. It is hoped that students in the course will not only pay attention to their profession, but also pay attention to related ethical issues. This course will be divided into units such as professional ethics, prosecutor ethics, lawyer ethics, and judge ethics, and will explore legal ethics-related issues through diverse course activities such as case discussions, expert lectures, and court observations.
