教育目標 Course Target
(一)主要教授保險法之沿革，介紹國內保險法之現有規定，保險界之運作方式，最高法院之實務見解，讓學生理論與實務並重。
(二)以最高法院最新的保險判決，了解目前之保險理賠實務
(1) The main professors teach the evolution of insurance laws, introduce the existing regulations of the domestic insurance laws, the way of operation of the insurance industry, and the practical understanding of the Supreme Court, so that physiological and practical learning are important.
(II) Understand the latest insurance judgment of the Supreme Court to understand the current insurance insurance insurance policy
課程概述 Course Description
使學生瞭解我國票據法之演變、立法主旨及條款相互運用，並就有關事項，就判例銀行實務及各國立法判例加以比較，以比較相互之得失及立法之參考。
Let students understand the evolution of our country's bill law, the legislative theme and terms of mutual use, and there are relevant matters, and compare the bank's practices and legislative precedents of various countries to compare the mutual gains and losses and legislative references.
