教育目標 Course Target
(一)主要教授保險法之沿革，介紹國內保險法之現有規定，保險界之運作方式，最高法院之實務見解，讓學生理論與實務並重。
(二)以最高法院最新的保險判決，了解目前之保險理賠實務
(1) Mainly teaches the evolution of insurance law, introduces the current provisions of domestic insurance laws, the operation of the insurance industry, and the practical insights of the Supreme Court, allowing students to pay equal attention to theory and practice.
(2) Understand the current insurance claims practice based on the latest insurance judgment of the Supreme Court
課程概述 Course Description
使學生瞭解我國票據法之演變、立法主旨及條款相互運用，並就有關事項，就判例銀行實務及各國立法判例加以比較，以比較相互之得失及立法之參考。
To enable students to understand the evolution of my country's negotiable instruments law, the legislative gist and the mutual application of clauses, and to compare relevant matters with case bank practices and legislative cases of various countries to compare mutual gains and losses and legislative references.
