本課程係對於保險法加以介紹，期使同學對於保險法之規定加以了解。並對相關爭議問題與外國法律之相關規定加以討論。
上課方式為由授課教師按課程進度將以講解，並提出相關問題由同學討論。

This course is an introduction to insurance law, hoping to enable students to understand the provisions of insurance law. And discuss relevant disputes and relevant provisions of foreign laws.
The class method is based on the teaching method. The teacher will explain according to the course progress and raise relevant questions for discussion by the students.

保險為分散危險、消化損失之制度，社會經濟之繁榮，個人幸福保障，莫不以保險為基礎。保險法則為保險制度之基石，因此保險法之研究與發展刻不容緩。本課程理論與實務並重，對保險法之失，亦提出改進之方案。使學生明瞭我國保險法之演變、立法主旨、各條款之涵養及其互相關係，並比較各國立法例，使學生能衡其異同與得失。

Insurance is a system that spreads risks and absorbs losses. Social and economic prosperity and personal happiness protection are all based on insurance. Insurance laws are the cornerstone of the insurance system, so the research and development of insurance laws is urgent. This course pays equal attention to theory and practice, and also proposes improvement plans for the shortcomings of insurance law. It enables students to understand the evolution of my country's insurance law, the legislative gist, the connotations of various clauses and their interrelationships, and to compare legislative examples from various countries so that students can weigh their similarities, differences, gains and losses.
