本課程以民法債編第二章「各種之債」為內容，聚焦於較為重要之典型契約，詳細探討其相關概念與規則，分上下學期講授。This course is based on Chapter 2 of the Civil Law Debt Collection, "Various Debts," focusing on the more important typical contracts and exploring their related concepts and rules in detail. It is taught in one and two semesters.
