民法債編各論規範了數十種有名契約，與吾人日常生活有極為密切之關聯。在修習同學已具有民法總則、債法通則之基礎概念後，本課程持續聚焦於特色各異的契約類型。具體而言，授課教師將依序說明各有名契約的要件、及其所內蘊之意涵。此外，亦將適時針對其間之重要法律爭議進行說明，並補充學理上對此之討論狀況、以及司法實務上的相關重要裁判，俾使修習學生得以全面的角度來認識不同類型之有名契約，深化其思辨法律問題及解決實際案例之能力。The Civil Law Debt compiles various regulations to cover dozens of famous contracts, which are closely related to our daily lives. After learning the basic concepts of the general civil law and the general law of debt, this course continues to focus on various types of contracts. Specifically, the teaching instructor will explain the requirements of each famous contract and the meaning of the convention in sequence. In addition, we will also explain the important legal disputes between them at appropriate times, and add important judgments on the theoretical discussions and judicial practices, so that students can fully understand different types of famous contracts, deepen their ability to think about legal problems and solve actual cases.
