民法債編各論規範了數十種有名契約，與吾人日常生活有極為密切之關聯。在修習同學已具有民法總則、債法通則之基礎概念後，本課程持續聚焦於特色各異的契約類型。具體而言，授課教師將依序說明各有名契約的要件、及其所內蘊之意涵。此外，亦將適時針對其間之重要法律爭議進行說明，並補充學理上對此之討論狀況、以及司法實務上的相關重要裁判，俾使修習學生得以全面的角度來認識不同類型之有名契約，深化其思辨法律問題及解決實際案例之能力。

Various treatises on civil law and debt regulate dozens of famous contracts, which are extremely closely related to our daily lives. After students have acquired the basic concepts of general principles of civil law and general principles of debt law, this course continues to focus on types of contracts with different characteristics. Specifically, the instructor will explain the elements of each well-known contract and its inherent meaning in order. In addition, the important legal disputes will be explained in due course, and the academic discussion status and relevant important judgments in judicial practice will be supplemented, so that students can understand different types of famous contracts from a comprehensive perspective and deepen their ability to think about legal issues and solve practical cases.
