Service companies are economic entities that serve to meet customer needs through service sales. Compared with manufacturing companies, the environment in which service companies are located is particularly complex, with various relationships intersecting, forming a large and complex relationship network. Customers, employees and manufacturers are the most important public relations objects in serving enterprises.
