Diseases of the Nervous System
教育目標 Course Target
本課程目標為提供同學認識神經系統中各種常見的神經系統疾病，並探討其中之致病機轉與病理特徵，了解如何以不同的研究方法來剖析神經系統疾病及相關的神經系統病變中特有的致病機轉。同時進一步探討現今科學研究常用之動物模式，與如何由動物行為來評估疾病之發展。此外，使同學能夠了解神經系統疾病之最新發展與現今臨床用藥，探究可做為新藥開發之分子標的物，培養進一步深入做基礎研究之能力。
The purpose of this course is to provide students with common neural system diseases, and to explore the pathogenic mechanisms and pathological characteristics of them, and to understand how to analyze the pathogenic mechanisms unique to neural system diseases and related neural system diseases through different research methods. At the same time, we further explore the common animal patterns used in today's scientific research and how to evaluate the development of the disease based on animal behavior. In addition, students can understand the latest developments of neural system diseases and current clinical medicines, explore the molecular markers that can be used as new medicine development, and cultivate the ability to conduct further in-depth basic research.
