內泌素係指體內腺體器官所產生，且可影響其他細胞活動的化學物質。小量的內泌素便可調控動物生理，亦為動物體生命維持所必需。內泌素藉由血液運輸到體內指定位置，與特定受體結合後打開了信號通路，最終使細胞做出特異反應，產生頻繁的交互作用。本課程主要探討內泌素作用與動物生理，舉凡內泌素合成與細胞功能，內泌素受體調節，內泌素與代謝調控等。透過授課內容的教授與互動討論，能讓學生瞭解內泌素調控動物生理之分子機制。

Endocrinoids refer to chemical substances produced by internal glandular organs and can affect other cell activities. A small amount of endocrine can control animal physiology and is also necessary to maintain the life of animals. Endocrin transports to designated locations in the body through blood, and then combines with specific receptors to open the signal pathway, which ultimately causes the cells to react in a special way, resulting in frequent interactions. This course mainly explores the effects of endocrinins and animal physiology, synthesis and cellular functions of endocrinins, physical regulation of endocrinins, and control of endocrinins and threats. Through the teaching and interactive discussions of the course content, students can understand the molecular mechanisms of endocrine regulating animal physiology.
