Counseling Guidance and Classroom Management
教育目標 Course Target
1.瞭解學校輔導工作和班級經營的意義、目的與功能。
2.瞭解身為學校老師必需具備的輔導和班級經營的基本理念與技巧。
3.瞭解學生，身心/學業/生活可能面臨的問題，以及學習班級經營的重要議題和掌握班級經營的實務技巧；並藉由輔導的介入與班級的經營解決學生學業/生活面臨的困境，進而發揮健全學生身心發展。
1. Understand the meaning, purpose and function of school guidance work and class management.
2. Understand the basic concepts and skills of guidance and class management that are necessary for school teachers.
3. Understand the problems that students may face in their physical and mental/study/life, as well as learn important questions about class management and master practical skills in class management; and solve the difficulties faced by students in their academic/life through guided intervention and class management, and thus improve the physical and mental development of students.
