營養學的基本觀念是日常生活中不可或缺的知識,健康的飲食及營養觀念已成為全民運動,也使得營養資訊及保健需求增加,資訊的正確性也日趨重要,本課程的目的為使同學暸解營養學的基本原理,並培養同學把這些原理應用在日常生活,飲食及健康上的能力。The basic concept of nutrition is an indispensable knowledge in daily life. Healthy diet and nutrition concepts have become a national movement, which has also increased the demand for nutrition information and health care. The accuracy of information is increasingly important. The purpose of this course is to enable students to understand the basic principles of nutrition and cultivate students' ability to apply these principles to daily life, diet and health.
