以授課老師講學為主，帶領學生了解我國民法制度之內涵、理論基礎、與各法律名詞之涵義與應用。

課程概述 Course Description
說明我國民法總則編之原理原則，注意培養對我國法制的瞭解，從學理與實務上學習民法之運用方法。
