期使公共行政系學生具有憲政民主的理論與實務基礎。本課程分成兩部分。第一部分是關於一般性憲法理論，即憲政主義的解說。其中包括人民主權與法律主治之內涵。第二部分是就中華民國憲法條文，依照章依序節講述我國憲法的結構，人民權利的保障，以及政府的組織。本課程於講解當中將扣緊與行政上的政治、管裡、法制元素，以凸顯憲法為國家根本大法之本質。This period aims to equip students in the Department of Public Administration with the theoretical and practical foundations of constitutional democracy. This course is divided into two parts. The first part is about the general constitutional theory, that is, the explanation of constitutionalism. This includes the connotations of people's sovereignty and the rule of law. The second part is about the provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of China, describing the structure of our country's Constitution, the protection of people's rights, and the organization of the government in chapter-by-chapter order. The explanation of this course will be closely related to the political, management, and legal elements of administration to highlight the essence of the Constitution as the fundamental law of the country.
