教育目標 Course Target

由於學生尚未接觸酒精飲料,但職場所需所以必須讓學生能了解酒精飲料知識,並藉由分組報告能體會酒精飲料屬性.Since students have not yet been exposed to alcoholic beverages, but the workplace requires it, students must be able to understand the knowledge of alcoholic beverages and understand the properties of alcoholic beverages through group reports.
