Corporate Bridge Internship: Quality Assurance Sector

教育目標 Course Target

使學生明瞭目前國內食品工廠執行品質管理之相關制度,使其對食品工廠品質管理有整體性的輪廓與進一步的瞭解。介紹與食品工廠品質管理密切之食品法規、TQF和CAS食品認證制度、GHP準則、HACCP制度和ISO9001系統等,使學生對食品業界之品質管理現況有進一步之了解。

It enables students to understand the current relevant systems for quality management in domestic food factories, so that they can have an overall outline and further understanding of quality management in food factories. It introduces food regulations, TQF and CAS food certification systems, GHP guidelines, HACCP system and ISO9001 system that are closely related to food factory quality management, so that students can have a better understanding of the current quality management situation in the food industry.
