Objective: To enable students to understand the nature of the food industry, learn the management operations of industrial production, understand the organizational structure of workplace personnel, and learn how to establish a complete food business organization.
Connotation: Explain the industrial structure and operating status of the food industry, introduce the principles of manufacturing management and the connotation of factory organization, explain various production management methods and techniques, analyze the research and development of the food industry, quality management and hygiene and safety maintenance strategies.
