0882 - 人力資源管理 Human Resource Management


教育目標 Course Target

全方面的人力資源管理(包括人員的招募、甄選、訓練、績效管理與薪酬)能幫助公司面對不同的挑戰、創造公司價值,並在全球市場中提高競爭優勢。本課程期望能透過人力資源管理架構架構的介紹,讓學生對企業管理中的人管有初步了解。此外,進一步探討在智慧化時代的來臨,企業在人力資源管理如何進行應變以朝向智慧經營邁進。All-round human resource management (including recruitment, selection, training, performance management and salary of personnel) can help companies face different challenges, create company value, and improve competitive advantages in the global market. This course hopes to provide students with a preliminary understanding of the management of people in enterprise management through the introduction of the human resource management structure. In addition, we will further explore how enterprises adapt to human resource management in the era of smart development to move towards smart operation.


課程概述 Course Description

配合物理化學的課程,培養學生熟練實驗的方法與技巧,籍以暸解理論與實驗的相關性。內容包括氣體的熱容量比例、溶解度與溫度的關係、純液體的蒸氣壓、十二烷基硫酸鈉臨界膠微粒濃度之測定、凝固點下降、固液系統之相圖、偏重量莫耳體積、三元相圖、溶液中的吸附及液體性質:黏度。
In conjunction with the physical and chemistry course, cultivate students' methods and skills to practice practical experiments, and understand the correlation between discussion and experiments. The content includes the ratio of heat capacity of the gas, the relationship between solubility and temperature, the vapor pressure of the pure liquid, the determination of the density of the dodecyl sulfate phosphate particle, the decrease in solidification point, the phase of the solid-liquid system, the partial weight moor, the ternary phase, the adsorption in the solution and the liquid properties: viscosity.
