教育目標 Course Target
學生利用寒暑假時間到教師研究室從事專題研究，學習實驗技術、資料數據處理彙整及實驗成果撰寫。
Students use their winter and summer vacations to study topics in the teacher research office, learn practical technology, data processing and preparation, and write practical results.
課程概述 Course Description
提供全系老師們的研究方向或研究題目,同學們依據自己的興趣與相關專題研究的指導老師洽談,並進入指導老師的研究室從事專題研究,透過老師的指導進行主題研究及論文之繕寫,除於期末進行口試,並鼓勵參加食品相關協會所舉辦的年會論文發表.
Provide research directions or research topics for all teachers in the department. Students will discuss with the guidance teachers of related topic research based on their own interests, and enter the guidance teachers' research office to conduct topic research and essay research through the guidance teachers' guidance. In addition to oral trials at the end of the period, they will encourage them to participate in the publication of the annual conference papers organized by the Food Related Association.

因研究領域不同而有差異，由各指導教授規定參考書籍、期刊及其他資料。
There are differences due to different research areas, and each supervisory professor shall specify reference books, journals and other information.
