使學生理解語音之物理性質與心理層面影響力量；能夠正確發聲且可以適切聲音表情達意；能賞析他人的聲音表達，並引領學生體會學說話就是學做人，從發聲的技巧到心靈層面的觀照。在講授教學之外，將著重學生練習，並以分組討論方式相互檢測討論，最終以上台展演方式呈現學習成果。

To enable students to understand the physical properties and psychological influence of speech; to be able to pronounce words correctly and express their ideas appropriately; to be able to appreciate the vocal expressions of others, and to lead students to realize that learning to speak is learning to be a human being, from vocal skills to spiritual observation. In addition to lectures, students will be focused on practice, and group discussions will be conducted to test and discuss each other, and finally the learning results will be presented in a stage performance.
