本課程之目的為使學生了解臺灣養豬產業現況、現行相關政策的推動、豬隻的生理與遺傳改進以及豬場的規劃設置與營運管理。The purpose of this course is to enable students to understand the current situation of Taiwan's pig industry, the promotion of relevant policies, the physiological and evolution of pigs, and the planning and setting and operation management of pigs.
