本課程之講授內容，包含公司、票據、海商及保險等四種商事法律，惟在比重上偏重於公司、票據和保險法等較常用科目。在講授商事法內容前，教師將先就民事法律之基本原則進行講解和複習，並補充必要之法律基礎知識。學期前半段課程以公司法為主，並講授票據法內容；在期中考後，則以保險法以及海商法為授課主軸。本課程以授課教師之課堂講授為主，除講解法律制度和法理規範外，教師也將在課堂介紹部分實務案例，並以問答或個案報告之方式促進同學對課程的參與和討論。The teaching content of this course includes four commercial laws, including company, ticketing, maritime and insurance, but the proportion focuses on more commonly used subjects such as company, ticketing and insurance laws. Before teaching the content of commercial law, the teacher will first explain and revise the basic principles of civil law, and add necessary legal basic knowledge. The courses in the first half of the school period are mainly based on the company law and talk about the content of the ticketing law; after the midterm exam, the courses will be taught with the insurance law and maritime law. This course is mainly taught by teachers in class lectures. In addition to explaining the legal system and legal principles, teachers will also introduce some practical cases in the classroom, and promote students' participation and discussions on the course through questions or case reports.
