舉凡遺傳、營養代謝、生長及繁殖皆屬生理之範疇，而脂肪細胞生理學為解釋各種生理反應及機制所需要的基本學科。內容主要包含細胞組成與結構、新陳代謝與能量使用、基因調控與細胞功能、細胞週期與癌症、細胞分化與發育、以及細胞訊息傳遞與基因表現等相關主題報告與討論。本課程除要求學生熟悉基本的細胞生理學知識，同時透過文獻討論使學生建立與使用重要的細胞生理學觀念，以助畜產研究的進行。All transmission, nutritional aid, growth and reproduction are physiological, and fat cell physiology is a basic subject that needs to explain various physiological reactions and mechanisms. The content mainly includes reports and discussions on related topics such as cell composition and structure, new dysfunction and energy use, gene regulation and cell function, cell cycle and cancer, cell differentiation and development, and cell information transmission and gene expression. In addition to requiring students to be familiar with basic cell physiology knowledge, this course also allows students to establish and use important cell physiology concepts through literary discussions to help livestock research.
