本課程將針對量化研究方法中的研究步驟、理論建構與統計方法之間的程序關係進行系統性的講解。課程內容將避免艱澀難懂的數學與統計公式，除了讓同學理解實證研究的分析概念，也將讓同學掌握統計方法的應用與解讀，並能合理地詮釋統計結果。課程目標主要有:
1.培養同學對於量化研究的學習興趣，認識基本的量化研究概念；
2.訓練同學閱讀、理解與應用量化研究論文的能力；
3.孰悉基本統計概念與SPSS軟體操作；
4.學會掌握理論建構與操作化原理，建立嚴謹的量化研究的能力。

This course will systematically explain the procedural relationships between research steps, theoretical construction and statistical methods in quantitative research methods. The course content will avoid difficult mathematical and statistical formulas. In addition to allowing students to understand the analytical concepts of empirical research, it will also enable students to master the application and interpretation of statistical methods and be able to reasonably interpret statistical results. The main course objectives are:
1. Cultivate students’ interest in quantitative research and understand basic quantitative research concepts;
2. Train students’ ability to read, understand and apply quantitative research papers;
3. Are you familiar with basic statistical concepts and SPSS software operations;
4. Learn to master theoretical construction and operationalization principles, and establish the ability to conduct rigorous quantitative research.
