本課程在介紹人力資源管理的理論與研究結果,說明企業在實施人力資源管理的現有做法與改進建議。學生們在上完這門課後,應能了解人力資源管理的基本概念、子功能與重要理論;並能應用相關知識去分析、診斷實務上的問題,進一步規劃並且執行人力資源管理的相關研究。This course introduces the theory and research results of human resource management, and explains the existing practices and improvement suggestions of enterprises in implementing human resource management. After completing this course, students should be able to understand the basic concepts, sub-functions and important theories of human resource management; and be able to apply relevant knowledge to analyze and diagnose practical problems, further plan and carry out relevant research on human resource management.
