教育目標 Course Target
組織的能力影響了企業的競爭力。強化人力資源與 有策略地運用人力資源, 已經成為組織能力提升的重要關鍵之一。
人力資源管理是把人和組織結合在一起,透過系統化的方法,使個人得到發展,並達成企業組織目標為目的。本課程並以台灣產業界個案為例,探討人力資源管理之實務問題。
The capabilities of an organization affect the competitiveness of an enterprise. Strengthening human resources and strategically using human resources has become one of the important keys to improving organizational capabilities.
Human resource management is the purpose of bringing people and organizations together to develop individuals and achieve organizational goals through a systematic approach. This course uses cases from Taiwan's industrial sector as examples to explore practical issues in human resource management.
