教育目標 Course Target

Students will also develop a CV and a cover letter for job-seeking in the airline industry. Additional CAPS will be arranged for specific students who need to develop their career interests and orientations. The mock interview will not only help students perfect their technique, but it will also allow them to get valuable feedback and coaching on their performance. For the final project students will be required to present their case studies as a reflection of their mastery of airline service marketing and alliance strategies.Students will also develop a CV and a cover letter for job-seeking in the airline industry. 課程概述 Course Description

This program is designed to fulfill the needs of those who are seeking to obtain employment in the Aviation Industry. The key of this module aims to help students to bridge the gap between the industry demand and professional skills with the global knowledge of aviation industry. This module provides perceptive knowledge of the in-flight service, ground handling service and air passenger service in order to develop the entry level skills to the aviation industry. Students will obtain a better understanding of the current development of the global aviation industry after completion of this course.

20 The learning process for this course will be primarily driven by class discussion. Hence, student participation, in the form of class discussion is an integral part of the course and attendance is strongly recommended. If you are absent THREE times throughout the semester without a legitimate reason, you will be penalized with FIVE point deduction off your final grade. If a conflict or emergency arises, contact me to discuss the situation;

20 Cheating will not be tolerated during testing. Candidates, who attempt to view the papers of the other candidates, or disturb other candidates in any way, will result in the withdrawal of the test paper and zero points given for the test(a).

20 Students will sign up to deliver a 20 minute overview of their final group report. Details regarding the format of this assignment and its essential requirements will be distributed in class.

20 Students will practice a mock job interview for airlines industry. A mock interview will not only help you perfect your technique, but it will also allow you to get valuable feedback and coaching on your performance.
