教育目標 Course Target
The goal of the seminar course is to explore related res earch subjects on the field ofrestaurant and hotel
management, such as hospitality marketing,human resource management, food safety and sanitation,
consumer behavior analysis etc. Under the advice of instructors from the department, students will
conduct their research in groups with different trendy topics closely related to hospitality industry.
In oredr to accomplish the requirements of this seminar course , students need to submit a research
proposal with the first three chapters of their study including introduction, literature review and
methodology. After receiving approval of the proposal, students then can proceed to the section of
conducting their research by data collection and analysis in the following semester. Students need to
meet with their thesis advisor(s) on a regular basis and discuss the progress of the research agenda.

課程概述 Course Description
培養學生閱讀、資料分析、實驗設計、問題討論。訓練學生具有歸納問題,追求及探索知識的能力,透過口頭報告培養學生表達的能力,進而訓練學生具有從事生命科學相關議題研究的能力。
Cultivate students in reading, data analysis, experimental design, and problem discussion. Train students to have the ability to summarize problems, pursue and explore knowledge, cultivate students' expression ability through oral reports, and then train students to have the ability to engage in research on life science-related issues.
