教育目標 Course Target
This is an introductory course for the prticipant to be familiare with the operation of room divion management in a hotel. Contents of the course include the role of each functional departments of room division in hospitality management, environmental/energy/safety management. Students who finish this course could obtain solid knowledge about operating the room division both from the entry level and management level prospectives. It will be a good course to prepare students for the upcoming internship.
