使學生明瞭目前國內食品工廠執行品質管理之相關制度,使其對食品工廠品質管理有整體性的輪廓與進一步的瞭解。
介紹食品工廠經營管理之相關品保制度,包括TQF(Taiwan Quality Food)及CAS食品認證制度、GHP食品良好衛生規範準則、食品安全管理系統(ISO 22000)與危害分析重要管制系統(HACCP)及ISO9001品質管理系統等,讓實習同學對食品工廠之管理現況有進一步了解。Let students understand the relevant systems for quality management of domestic food factories, so that they can have a comprehensive profile and further understanding of food factories' quality management.
