本課程透過保健食品研發與行銷知識的教授，了解保健食品相關技術、原料、研究開發等基礎
知識，加上產品製作流程企劃及討論，再配合產品研發設計概念及通路模式探討，實地模擬產
品開發流程並分組提出產品企劃。本課程實施後預計可使學生實際了解保健食品研究與開發的
基礎與實務，對於未來進入社會後之工作將有極大的助益。

This course teaches the knowledge of health food R&D and marketing to understand the basics of health food related technologies, raw materials, research and development, etc.
Knowledge, plus product production process planning and discussion, coupled with product development design concepts and channel model discussions, on-site simulation of the product
product development process and propose product planning in groups. After the implementation of this course, it is expected that students will have a practical understanding of the research and development of health food.
The foundation and practice will be of great help to future work after entering the society.
