General Psychology
教育目標 Course Target
面對我們日常生活中的重要問題與重要經驗：身心健康、學習表現、情緒動機、決策思考、溝通、親密關係等，心理學研究可以幫助我們瞭解人在這些面向的內在機制與外在表現。本課程透過介紹心理學經典與當代研究，引領學生建立心智與行為的生理基礎知識，並瞭解社會、文化與生物因素如何共同作用於個體上。
Facing important issues and experiences in our daily lives: physical and mental health, learning performance, emotional motivation, decision-making and thinking, communication, intimate relationships, etc., psychological research can help us understand the internal mechanisms and external manifestations of people in these aspects. This course introduces classic and contemporary research in psychology, leading students to establish the physiological basics of mind and behavior, and to understand how social, cultural and biological factors work together on individuals.
