教育目標 Course Target
本課程主要目的在介紹具有涉外因素的民事事件中，如何決定國際裁判管轄權，如何選擇適當的準據法以及內國法院如何承認及執行外國法院之判決。期使同學明瞭各國現行國際私法之體系、原理原則，並訓練同學國際私法方面之法律思考能力。
The main purpose of this course is to introduce how to determine the authority of international judges in civil events with foreign factors, how to choose appropriate standard laws, and how domestic courts recognize and enforce judgments from foreign courts. In order to enable students to understand the system, principles and principles of international private law in various countries, and to train students in legal thinking ability in international private law.
課程概述 Course Description
本課程介紹有關涉外民事問題之解決辦法，除討論我國涉外民事問題之解決辦法外，並研究其他國家關於涉外問題之解決辦法。
This course introduces solutions to foreign-related civil issues. In addition to discussing solutions to foreign-related civil issues in our country, it also studies solutions to foreign-related problems in other countries.
