教育目標 Course Target
國際私法近來的研究重心都是偏重於實體法上準據法的選擇問題，然由於我國對外貿易蓬勃發展，發現於實務上我國法院及律師界最感迫切及困擾的問題為程序上管轄權確認問題。是以，本學期研究重心將以比較法之觀點來探討管轄權之問題。
Recently, the focus of research on international private law has been on the issue of choosing law in physical law. However, due to the vigorous development of foreign trade in my country, it has been found that the most urgent and difficult problem in our courts and lawyers' circles in practice is the procedural authority confirmation problem. Therefore, the focus of this research period will explore the problem of management rights based on the perspective of the comparison method.
