這門課適合先前沒有健身房經驗或重訓基礎的學員,目的希望結合營養調理、有氧脂肪代謝、無氧重量訓練等學科與術科的知識統合,建立學員具備完整的健康管理知識,以及重量訓練正確的關念,並應用在自身的運動表現與體重控制上,科學化、系統化建構自己的營養飲食與運動醫學的概念達到健康管理與體重控制的目的。This course is suitable for students who have not had a gym experience or a basic training course.
