Health Management and Weight Training
教育目標 Course Target
這門課適合先前沒有健身房經驗或重訓基礎的學員，目的希望結合營養調理、有氧脂肪代謝、無氧重量訓練等學科與術科的知識統合，建立學員具備完整的健康管理知識，以及重量訓練正確的關念，並應用在自身的運動表現與體重控制上，科學化、系統化建構自己的營養飲食與運動醫學的概念達到健康管理與體重控制的目的。
This course is suitable for students who have no previous gym experience or heavy training foundation. The purpose is to integrate the knowledge of nutritional conditioning, aerobic fat metabolism, anaerobic weight training and other disciplines with technical disciplines, so as to establish students' complete health management knowledge and correct concerns about weight training, and apply it to their own sports performance and weight control. Scientifically and systematically construct their own concepts of nutrition, diet and sports medicine to achieve the purpose of health management and weight control.
