本課程以民法債編第二章「各種之債」為內容，聚焦於十二種典型契約，詳細探討其相關概念與規則，分上下學期講授。
This course takes the second chapter of Civil Law Debt, “A variety of debts” as its content, focuses on twelve typical contracts, explores their related concepts and rules in detail, and is taught in the middle and bottom periods.
