上世紀八O年代,聯合國科教文組織(UNESCO)開啟了全球人類文化及自然遺產保存之工作。至今已登錄無數位於各地、有形無形的世界文化遺產及自然遺產,並發展出種種新的保存觀念、原則、實務操作手冊,蔚為各國文資保存的依準與典範。
現今台灣已踏入開發國家之列,隨著歲月流逝及都市化之影響,越來越多優美的老建築、環境面臨拆除及風化損毀的命運,其中有諸多因在台灣歷史、社會與文化、建築技術、美學發展上扮演著重要角色,其空間形式與實體承載著許多重要有價值的訊息,因之被指定或登錄為古蹟、歷史建築、文化景觀等的國家文化資產(cultural property)。透過它們,不僅使我們得以與歷史接續,了解先人的生活、作為,並可藉之重新審視面對我們現今之處境。因此如何將其保存並延續到未來,遂成為我們文史、建築專業責無旁貸的責任。
廣義的「保存」工作是一項對抗亦是順應時間的工作,其最終目的在將建築或環境文資之有形無形內容設法留存,並結合現今、持續到未來。此工作涉及此文資的價值研析與論述、結構與構造之修復與技術保存、以及與現代生活聯結之活化、再利用設想。本課程旨在教導同學有關文資保存的理念、作法之外,並以大學校園文資尤其東海為保存工作操作實習的對象。除課堂講授,藉由參訪、踏勘實例,並參與東海文資保存實務工作,強化同學對文資保存專業的真切體認。
因此本課程講授內容主要分成四部分:
1.世界遺產保存與管理之理念與實務
2.國內文化資產保存與再利用之法令與行政、實務
3.國內外大學校園文資保存與再利用實務案例
4.指導學生參與、研習東海大學校園文資之保存工作
In the 80s of the last century, the United Nations Science and Educational and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) launched the global preservation of human culture and natural heritage. So far, it has registered countless tangible and intangible world cultural and natural industries in various places, and has developed new preservation concepts, principles, and practical operation manuals, which is a basis and scope for the preservation of cultural resources in various countries.
Today, Taiwan has entered the ranks of developing countries. With the passage of age and the impact of urbanization, more and more beautiful old buildings, environmental demolition and destruction of the destruction of the winding. Among them, many of them play an important role in the development of Taiwan's history, society and culture, architectural technology, and aesthetics. Its spatial form and reality carry a lot of important and valuable information, and is therefore designated or registered as a national cultural property of ancient landscaping, historical buildings, cultural landscapes, etc. Through them, we can not only continue with history, understand the lives and actions of our ancestors, and use it to re-examine our current situation. Therefore, how to preserve and extend it to the future has become our responsibility for the profession of literature, history and architecture.
The broad "preservation" work is a work of confrontation and time-dependent work. Its ultimate goal is to retain the tangible and intangible content of the building or environmental information, and combine it with the present and continue to the future. This work involves the value analysis and discussion of this article, the restoration and technical preservation of structure and structure, and the activation and reuse of connection with modern life. This course aims to teach students the concepts and practices of preservation of literature, and to use university campus literature, especially Donghai, as the object of preservation work practice. In addition to class lectures, through visiting, surveying examples, and participating in the practice of preserving Donghai Cultural Resources, we will strengthen our students' true understanding of the professional preservation of cultural resources.
Therefore, the teaching content of this course is mainly divided into four parts:
1. The concept and practice of world industry preservation and management
2. Laws and administrative and practical for preservation and reuse of domestic cultural assets
3. Practical cases of preservation and reuse of cultural information at home and abroad universities and universities
4. Guide students to participate and study the preservation of Donghai University’s campus literature
