教育目標 Course Target

本課程將帶領同學至海外深度學習,主要包含海外大學上課,重要商業模式觀摩及分析,及業界特殊食材,先進設備和餐旅標竿業者學習。海外大學上課依地點包含: 義大利慢食大學 (University of Gastronomy Science),中國深圳大學,美國加州大學 Fresno 分校 (California State University, Fresno)…etc.

此國際移動學習課程均須於前一學期完成課程學習,確實達成課程要求,方得選課。
107 年上學期之國際移動學習的目的地為義大利,學習期間為 2018. 4.1~ 2018. 4.10

This course will take students to overseas for in-depth study, which mainly includes classes at overseas universities, observation and analysis of important business models, and learning from special ingredients, advanced equipment and benchmark operators in the industry. Classes at overseas universities include: University of Gastronomy Science in Italy, Shenzhen University in China, California State University, Fresno…etc.

For this international mobile learning course, you must complete the course study in the previous semester and meet the course requirements before you can choose the course.
The destination of international mobile learning in the first semester of 2017 was Italy, and the study period was 2018. 4.1 ~ 2018. 4.10
