本課程以畜產系高年級為教學對象，為學年課程。希望已具備對禽畜生理、飼養、營養、繁殖、育種、畜產品加工及生技產業等專業知識之同學，能將其綜合而成為經營一連貫性的畜產事業。主要內容包括近年來畜牧產業新知與未來發展，正重要的是了解相關法規，各種估測經營規模之指標、畜禽生產管理指標、牧場規劃與財務管控，畜產原物料收購與產品銷售通路、品質與銷售管理，以及畜牧產業自動化等。This course takes seniors in the animal department as the teaching object and is the academic year course. I hope that I have a compatriot of professional knowledge about poultry and animal physiology, breeding, nutrition, breeding, animal product processing and biotechnology, and can combine them into a comprehensive livestock business. The main contents include new knowledge of the animal husbandry industry and future development in recent years.
