本課程以畜產系高年級為教學對象，為學年課程。希望已具備對禽畜生理、飼養、營養、繁殖、育種、畜產品加工及生技產業等專業知識之同學，能將其綜合而成為經營一連貫性的畜產事業。主要內容包括近年來畜牧產業新知與未來發展，正重要的是了解相關法規，各種估測經營規模之指標、畜禽生產管理指標、牧場規劃與財務管控，畜產原物料收購與產品銷售通路、品質與銷售管理，以及畜牧產業自動化等。

This course is targeted at senior students in the Department of Animal Husbandry and is an academic year course. It is hoped that students who already have professional knowledge on livestock physiology, feeding, nutrition, reproduction, breeding, livestock product processing and biotechnology industry can integrate it into a coherent livestock business. The main content includes new knowledge and future development of the livestock industry in recent years. It is important to understand relevant laws and regulations, various indicators for estimating business scale, livestock and poultry production management indicators, pasture planning and financial control, livestock raw material acquisition and product sales channels, quality and sales management, and livestock industry automation, etc.
