「動物資源經營學」為大四上學期必修課，高年級學生已具備禽畜生理、飼養、營養、繁殖、育種、畜產品加工及生技產業等專業知識，加上經營管理學識，綜合運用經營一具經濟規模的畜產事業，堪為本系統整性課程。本深碗課程主要讓同學整合應用所學，並依近年來畜牧產業新知與未來發展來規劃其畜產事業，規劃內容包括牧場經濟規模與財務管控、各種估測經營規模之指標、畜禽生產管理指標、畜產原物料收購與產品銷售通路、品質與銷售管理、畜牧產業自動化及相關法規等，展現規劃創業能力，該企劃書可為其畢業作品。本課程採定期與指導教師討論主題及內容架構，配合「動物資源經營學」課程內容與進度，結合所學畜產專業知識、經營管理、法規、產銷等，藉由定期之討論逐步完成畜產事業企劃案，學生在討論過程中被引導思考、搜尋相關資料、展現整合之能力，並付諸文字及簡報表達。每位同學在學期結束前必須完成畜產事業企劃案，包括企劃書及期末報告。

"Animal Resource Management" is a compulsory course in the first semester of senior year. Senior students already have professional knowledge of livestock physiology, feeding, nutrition, reproduction, breeding, livestock product processing and biotechnology industry. In addition to business management knowledge, they can comprehensively apply it to run an economic-scale livestock business. It can be regarded as an integrated course in this system. This deep bowl course mainly allows students to integrate and apply what they have learned, and plan their livestock business based on the new knowledge and future development of the livestock industry in recent years. The planning content includes the economic scale and financial control of the pasture, and various estimates of business scale. Indicators, livestock and poultry production management indicators, livestock raw material acquisition and product sales channels, quality and sales management, livestock industry automation and related regulations, etc., to demonstrate planning and entrepreneurial capabilities, this business plan can be their graduation project. This course adopts a regular discussion topic and content structure with the instructor, which is in line with the content and progress of the "Animal Resource Management" course. It combines the professional knowledge of livestock products, business management, regulations, production and marketing, etc. through regular discussions to gradually complete the livestock business plan. During the discussion process, students are guided to think, search for relevant information, demonstrate the ability to integrate, and express it in texts and presentations. Each student must complete a livestock business plan before the end of the semester, including a plan letter and a final report.
