Criminal Law: General Principles
教育目標 Course Target
本課程目標讓學生瞭解刑法的基礎理論以及實務發展，學習的學生可以獲得刑法的重要概念以及分析個案之能力。本課程由老師口授為主，就刑法的重要案例講述刑法總則的重要概念。學生必須準備：事前研讀案例以及上課筆記。
The purpose of this course allows students to understand the basic theories and practical development of criminal law. Students who have learned can obtain important concepts of criminal law and their ability to analyze cases. This course is mainly taught by the teacher and describes important concepts of the Criminal Law on important cases of the Criminal Law. Students must prepare: pre-review cases and course notes.
