教育目標 Course Target
「刑法實例演練」課程（下稱本課程）的開設，以曾修習「刑法總則」課程完畢的二年級以上同學為主。本課程的主要目的在於，協助學生進行刑法實例的演練，以進一步理解並運用刑法總則的理論。本課程的主要內涵在於案例演練，輔以講解說明。
The "Criminal Law Example Practice" course (hereinafter referred to as this course) is mainly for students above the second year after completing the "Criminal Law General". The main purpose of this course is to assist students in the practice of criminal law practices to further understand and apply the theory of the general criminal law. The main connotation of this course lies in case practice and explain it with explanations.
