課程目標：
透過課堂講授與討論，讓學生清楚管理學的觀念、方法與執行步驟；再藉由個案探討，能更明瞭管理學相關議題；同時藉由討論與報告，提昇學生在管理學規劃與分析能力，並培養學生製作專業報告與簡報。
課程內涵：
本課程在介紹管理的各項功能，包含管理基礎概念、規劃、組織、領導、用人以及控制等，與基礎管理學相關之理論及其實務上之運用；課程除奠定大一新生管理學基礎，亦將有助於日後進階管理課程之學習。

Course Target:
Through class lectures and discussions, students can be clear about management's concepts, methods and execution steps; and through case investigation, they can better understand management's relevant issues; at the same time, through discussion and reports, students can improve their management planning and analysis abilities, and cultivate students' production professional reports and briefs.
Course content:
This course introduces various functions of management, including management basic concepts, planning, organization, leadership, employment and control, etc., and is used in theory and practical aspects related to basic management. In addition to laying the foundation for freshman management, the course will also help in the learning of future advanced management courses.

課程由期貨發展源由開始，接著討論期貨與遠期交易之不同，進而讓同學瞭解期貨交易所、期貨交易之運作、期貨契約之內容、期貨委託單的種類及其不同。當學生有了初步的瞭解，即開始進行模擬期貨交易，俾使學生除了理論之外，更能有機會實際體會期貨交易。期貨在不同的情況下的各種交易策略也將陸續在課程中討論。進行模擬期貨交易之後，課程中會介紹各種技術分析的方法，並與模擬交易結合，要求學生學期結束繳交報告。本課程期望學生不僅是理論，也能學習到實際的交易技巧及技術分析等。

The course starts with the development of futures, and then discusses the differences between futures and long-term transactions, so that students can understand the operations of futures exchanges, futures transactions, the content of futures contracts, the types and differences of futures commissions. When students have a preliminary understanding, they start to conduct simulated futures trading, so that students can have the opportunity to actually conduct futures trading in addition to theory. Various trading strategies of futures under different circumstances will also be discussed continuously during the course. After conducting simulated futures trading, various technical analysis methods will be introduced during the course, and combined with simulated transactions will be required to submit reports at the end of the academic period. This course expects students to learn not only theoretically, but also practical trading skills and technical analysis.
