教育目標 Course Target
本課程目的在協助大學部學生了解管理領域的基礎理論，並培養學生應用理論解釋實務現象之能力，以落實所學習之理論於未來工作之中。同時，藉由多元化學習方式將管理學內容導入日常生活，以強化管理學之學習與認同。
The purpose of this course is to help university students understand the basic theories in the management field, and to cultivate students' ability to apply theory to explain practical phenomena, so as to implement the learned theory in future work. At the same time, through diversified learning methods, management content is introduced into daily life to strengthen the learning and recognition of management.

介紹管理的基本概念、原則、方法包括管理的基本概念 、規劃 、組織 、領導 、控制。
Introduce the basic concepts, principles and methods of management, including the basic concepts, planning, organization, leadership, and control of management.
