教育目標 Course Target

本課程透過主題解說及代表性補充文獻探討之方式,解析經營策略的內涵、理論與潮流。本課程主要重點包括探討學習企業發展過程調適內外環境的基本原理、洞察如何透過顧客價值確立差異化競爭優勢、檢視全球三個新興策略模式,最後並從管理實務暨台灣產業發展脈絡,進行總結與展望。 共分5輯15講 Ⅰ 導論 1.管理學的發展與經營策略 Ⅱ 企業策略 2.事業領域的定義 3.經營資源的獲得與分配 4.企業的成長升級與事業轉型 5.國際經營策略與策略聯盟 6.組織變革與IT策略 Ⅲ 競爭策略 7.企業競爭優勢的形成原理 8.科技與市場競爭環境的動態變化 9.顧客價值 10.競爭定位 Ⅳ 新興策略理論 11.事業系統策略與資訊價值創造 12.結合社會脈絡的網絡理論 13.經營結構與競爭優勢 Ⅴ 總結與展望 14.經營策略與組織能力建構 15.台灣產業發展的變遷與契機 This course analyzes the connotation, theory and trends of business strategies through the explanation of topics and the methods of representative supplementary texts. The main focus of this course includes exploring the basic principles of adapting to the internal and external environment in the enterprise development process, insight into how to determine differentiated competition advantages through customer value, and viewing the three new global strategic models, and finally conclude and prospect from management practices and Taiwan industry development links. 課程概述 Course Description

本課程透過主題解說及最新代表文獻探討之方式,解析經營策略的理論與世界潮流。融合具國際觀的企業豐富案例,結合創新性和社會脈絡的全新觀點,掌握和前瞻經營策略的本質,為本課程最大特色。基於台灣產業發展已經走過加工出口、代工時代,正進入多元而不確定的紀元,本課程重點在探討全球化趨勢下的企業經營策略課題,思考台灣企業間的競合關係與可能出路。
This course analyzes the theory of business strategies and world trends through the theme explanation and the latest representative texts. The biggest feature of this course is to integrate rich corporate cases with international viewpoints, combine innovative and social integration, master and forward-looking the essence of business strategies. Based on the development of Taiwan's industry has gone through the era of processing, export and OEM, and is entering a diversified but uncertain amount. This course focuses on exploring the corporate business strategy course under the trend of globalization, and thinking about the competitive relationships and possible ways out between Taiwanese enterprises.
