教育目標 Course Target
使學生瞭解行政法的基本理論，包括基本概念、行政組織、行政作用法及行政救濟法。除此之外，並挑選實務指導學生蒐集、整理、分析、歸納當前行政法制運作缺失及其改善途徑。
Enable students to understand the basic theories of administrative law, including basic concepts, administrative organization, administrative role law and administrative economic relief law. In addition, we will select and guide students to collect, organize, analyze and learn about the current lack of administrative and legal system operations and their ways to improve them.
課程概述 Course Description
講述行政法的基本理論，包括基本概念、行政組織、行政程序法及行政救濟法。除此之外 ，並指導學生蒐集、整理、分析、歸納當前行政法制運作缺失及其改善途徑。
Describe the basic theories of administrative law, including basic concepts, administrative organization, administrative procedure law and administrative economic relief law. In addition, it also guides students to collect, organize, analyze, and learn about the current lack of administrative and legal system operations and their ways to improve them.
