教育目標 Course Target

行政法各論業務領域與問題包羅廣泛,但是行政法總論之學習,若未能結合此兩者進行,勢必流於空泛難解。尤其是對於尚未有行政執法實務經驗之學習者,透過實際之個案及執法(行政、司法)實務,檢視相關之行政法學理論及通則性之規定,在學習效果上,益見其重要。也希冀藉由個案之雙向討論,加大討論之深度與廣度,貫徹學問之研究終究回歸問題之解決的要求。當然為提高學習之興趣與問題意識,研討之題目也納入最新之實務發展。首先以新完成之幾篇碩士論文之題目、大綱以及第一章之內容, 引領研究生具體學習學位論文如何撰寫?以及研究之方法等,同時藉這些論文作為授課參考題材,已幫助研究生為畢業研究所做好準備。課程之內容主要包含當前學界關心的熱門議題、行政法院相關之判解與決議之檢討、當前重要之時事案例講授與討論。Each administrative law is widely included in the fields of business and problems, but the study of administrative law's general theory of administrative law will inevitably be unsolved if it fails to combine these two. Especially for learners who have not yet have experience in administrative law enforcement practice, through practical cases and law enforcement (administrative, judicial) practice, review relevant administrative law theory and general rules, and in terms of learning effects, it is important. It also hopes that through the two -way discussion of cases, we will increase the depth and breadth of discussion, and implement the requirements of the study of the study of learning. Of course, in order to improve the interest and problem of learning, the topics of the discussion have also been included in the latest practical development. First, how to write the topic, outline, and the content of the first master's dissertation, and the content of the first chapter, how to write the specific degree thesis of graduate students? As well as research methods, etc., at the same time, using these papers as a lecture reference theme, it has helped graduate students to prepare for the graduation institute. The content of the curriculum mainly includes the popular issues that the academic community cares about, the interpretation and resolution of the administrative court, and the review and discussion of the current important current affairs cases.
